A licensed childcare, serving children ages 44 months - 12.

We are now accepting registrations for our Before and After School Program .

Please read the following FAQ's for more information and before proceding with registration.

Frequently asked questions:

How much does it cost?

The program operates 12 months of the year.
September - June: $300/month. (Includes full day programs on March break, Christmas Break, and PA days)
July and August: $130/week. (Full day program)

A $50.00 deposit is required to secure your space or to get on the waiting list.

Is subsidy available?

Subsidy is not currently available, however we will be applying for subsidy shortly.

What are the hours of operation?

We will be operating Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 9:00am and from 3:30pm - 6:00pm
We will be open full days on school holidays. Early drop off will be available.

Is bussing available?

Parent's are responsible to arrange transportation from centre to school in the mornings and from school to the centre in the afternoons. Bus transportation can be arranged through the UCDSB website or by contacting the transportation department at:

What programs will my child participate in?

We offer a wide variety of arts and crafts, science, drama and games. The children have access to these activities daily. All are important tools in developing creativity, independence and fine tuning motor and social skills. Children may also participate in the Homework Club; a quiet area where children can complete their school work and get assistance if needed.

We will also be organizing field trips both within and out of the community. Our filed trips will be both educational and fun. With a emphaisis on children's interests,trips and daily activites will be based around the premise that children have input into the activites in which they participate.

Is there a board of Directors?

As Cheeky Monkeys Before and After School Program is a privately owned and operated centre, we do not function with a board of directors.
However parents will have the opportunity to sit on various committees including fundraising, special events and program activities.

How many children is the centre licensed for?

The childcare will be licensed for 30 school age spaces.
